Olympic Champion Sally Pearson has already confirmed her presence in Brussels. The Australian already competed at 5 occasions in Brussels but she is still is still chasing her first victory. It looks as if the friendly Australian meets her doom when she competes on Belgian ground.
Especially 2011 will be on her mind forever. Pearson was the Diamond League leader by far at that time and she only required a good result to win the Diamond Trophy. She stormed of the blocks and ran away from the field. But she stumbled at the penultimate hurdle and she fell in an awkward way. The diamonds suddenly were gone … That is why Sally Pearson definitely is coming to Brussels for redemption.
