The AG Insurance Youth Memorial Van Damme presents the best Belgian Under 18 athletes (years of birth 1999-2000). The boys compete in the 100m, the 400m, the 1.000m and the 4x100m. For the girls the High Jump, the 100m, the 1000m and the 4 x 100m are on the program.
Street 100m
The Street 100m is gradually becoming a familiar event. In different districts in Brussels streets will be transformed in a 100m sprint track and on the same occasion the children will be able to try the Hurdling and the Shot Put as well. The 8 best boys and girls (Under 15) qualify for the big final of this street 100m on Sep. 9th in the preprogram of the AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme !

Magic Relay
The Magic Relay is a common project of Visit Brussels, the AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme and the School Sports Federations and it is aiming to sporting kids in schools. The School Sports Federations will organize qualifying Relay events in all provinces in the next weeks and months.
The 9 fastest teams will be invited to compete in the final in the King Baudouin Stadium ! During that day they will be invited to visit Brussels with their schoolmates and visit Mini Europe, the Atomium and a film about the Memorial Van Damme at Kinepolis.
